I like checking out different programs to see what other people are doing, what works for them based on their goals, etc. Recently, Layne Norton launched a program with Bodybuilding.com called PH3. It’s primarily powerlifting focused, geared towards strength in the “big three” lifts and muscle building. The program is for pretty advanced lifters, he says, and even suggests using the Wilks Coefficient Calculator as one factor in determining whether or not you should follow the program.
